How to start your telehealth session: Log into your Patient Portal Account and click CHECK IN next to your appointment date and time.
Once the provider has started the session you will see a YELLOW BANNER IN THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER of your Patient Portal Account. You may have to refresh a few times. After the video screen pops up, please click JOIN SESSION located at the bottom on the page. Please see the attached pdf showing step by step directions with pictures.

Please make sure you address, telephone number and 2021 insurance information is correct in the portal. Please complete ALL missing information.
Please use the portal to communicate with your providers and for refill requests. You can also view upcoming appointments and schedule appointments using your
portal.
